Processing Time

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. The exact processing time for your purchase can be found at checkout or on the product page.

 

Estimated Shipping Time

Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled directly from our print partners.

  • USA: 3-10 business days
  • Canada and UK: 6-12 business days
  • International: 5-25 business days

Shipping FAQ

  • Majority of our products are courier shipped via DHL Express with tracking.
  • Books are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
  • Free shipping is available for all orders within the US, Canada and UK.
  • For all other countries, a flat rate shipping fee of $25 USD equivalent applies.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date when placing an order.
  • In the event that an item isn't delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, please contact us at support@modernkastle.com or fill out our form. We'll gladly arrange for reshipment, but please note that any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any potential customs and import taxes. While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that we cannot control or be held accountable for delays caused by customs.

For North American customers, duties are not expected upon receiving your order. However, please note that the duty regulations may vary depending on the country of residence.

    Returns Policy

    Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

    • We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in new and unused condition.
    • If you purchased Risk-free Returns via re:do, then enjoy quick and easy returns! Start a return via our Return Portal. Re:do Risk-free Return option is only available for orders in USD, but we're hoping coverage for other currencies will be available soon. 
    • If you did not purchase re:do, then you will pay for any shipping fees in order to return the product. Please visit the Return Portal for discounted rates from shipping partners we have negotiated for you.
    • At this time, we do not accept exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that our order processing time is until 10 am Mountain Time from Monday to Friday. Depending on when you placed your order, there may be a cancellation window available. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@modernkastle.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
    • We encourage you to reach out with any questions before making a purchase to ensure that the product is the perfect fit for you. Our team is here to provide any necessary clarifications and assist you in making an informed decision.
